1. Complimentary worldwide shipping
Every SLIDR order ships free, worldwide, with no minimum spend. Orders leave in recycled packaging sized to protect the camera in transit.
2. Processing time
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
3. Tracking
As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan.
4. Delivery estimates
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier's network. Estimates are provided at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email. Carrier delays, weather and customs inspections are outside our control.
5. Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may attract import duties or taxes charged by your country. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Addresses, lost and delayed parcels
- Please double-check your delivery address — we ship exactly as entered.
- If an address needs changing, contact us immediately; we can only amend it before the parcel ships.
- If tracking stalls or a parcel is marked delivered but missing, get in touch and we will open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
